Dr. Semova specializes in helping organizations maximize their performance. Her portfolio of projects includes learning and development, organizational culture shaping, network design, ESG engagement, and reporting. She serves on the steering committees of the Sustainability Specialists' Association and the workgroup of the OECD National Contact Point.


From 2007 to 2015, she was the executive director of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, pioneering educational and social innovations. Certified career adviser and coach, winner of the Erasmus Best Career Practice Award in Higher Education for 2012.


From 1996 to 2005 she promoted entrepreneurial education among institutions, teachers, students, parents, and business supporters so that Junior Achievement programs become part of Bulgarian kindergarten, primary, secondary, and University-level education.
