MILKA SEMOVA
Dr. Semova’s 20+ years of work experience with some of the most influential businesses, academia, and nonprofits worldwide have focused her career on networking for innovation and knowledge sharing. Her areas of expertise include mobilising resources, campaigning, and managing change. Her projects have been repeatedly awarded in national and international contests. She serves on the steering committees of the Sustainability Specialists' Association and the workgroup of the OECD National Contact Point.
From 2007 to 2015, she was the executive director of the Alumni Club of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, pioneering educational and social innovations. She is a GCDF-certified career advisor and Ericson coach, and the winner of the Erasmus Best Career Practice Award in Higher Education for 2012.
Between 1996 and 2005, Milka Semova was chosen among the first staff of Junior Achievement/Young Enterprise Bulgaria. Her primary role there was promoting entrepreneurial education among institutions, teachers, students, parents, and business supporters so that it would become part of the workplace ecosystem.
